All parents and guardians of pupils in the school are automatically members of the Parents' Association (PA). The aims and objectives of the Parents' Association are:

• To promote and support the current Mission Statement of Ratoath Junior National School through effective cooperation and communication between pupils, parents, the principal, and staff.
• To provide a structured forum for parental representation and to act in ways deemed appropriate based on that input.

The Parents' Association holds an Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the beginning of each academic year, where committee members are nominated and elected. The committee is made up of parent volunteers.

The Parents' Association Committee plays an active role in school life by organising hospitality for events such as Open Night and providing refreshments following the Communion ceremony. They also coordinate fundraising initiatives to support the school.
